Kalei was born on March 27, 2002 and lived a very happy and healthy life until God took her from us to guide Vizslas on Earth as our angel, on Tuesday, August 16, 2011. I am sure she has found Kiva and they are both with Kola, playing and running in fields. I feel so very lucky to have had Kalei in my life for nearly 9 1/2 great years. Kalei was short for Kaleidoscope, and she was multi-faceted and beautifully complex! She was a very even, fun girl with an east going attitude, great movement and solid structure. She was also very very smart and extremely willing to please, and just a tad naughty! Kalei had an unbelievable presence and attitude galore! She finished her conformation championship very easily, going Best in Breed at her first show for her first major at 6 months and 1 day old! That same day she also won Best Vizsla Puppy, Best Sporting Dog Puppy and went on to win Best in Show Puppy!!! WOW what a day we had!!!

Kalei was only one leg away from her Junior Hunter title and she also LOVED agility!

Her favorite thing was the world, however, was TOYS, of any kind! At home she was a silly clown and full of mischief!

Kalei was full sister and littermate to our Kiira! They are both littermates to CH Sunnyside's Harbor Master JH or "Cappy" as many folks know him!!! Cappy is a male version of Miss Kalei!
